Diarmuid offers consultancy services and tailored workshops to educate people about autism spectrum conditions and their impact on people.

We provide family and individual supports for people with autism and their families.

People on the autistic spectrum are frequently misunderstood and may benefit from advocacy services or support in learning to advocate for themselves, especially if in education or in employment. ASC advocates for their clients or support clients to advocate for themselves.

Offically launched in September 2016, ASC works towards providing education, advocacy and support for individuals, families, communities and organisations around Autism Spectrum Conditions.

Through the delivery of various workshops, training seminars and conferences given to families, universities, community groups and public and private sector organisations, ASC provides insight into living with an Autism Spectrum diagnosis and how society can best support those on the spectrum.

ASC works closely with employers, schools and universities; advocating on behalf of, and alongside our clients to ensure that they are fully supported to negotiate any difficulties that they may face.

ASC provides clients and their families with ongoing life coaching sessions, purposefully designed to teach real life practical skills, communication and social skills and support with school, college and career development.

We work alongside our clients to identify areas of their lives that they feel they need assistance with and work towards strengthening their social skills and abilities so that they can lead more independent and constructive lifestyles.

By getting to know our clients and forging a positive relationship, we hope to build on their personal strengths, gain an understanding of any problem behaviours and help to develop new coping strategies, routines and skill sets that will benefit them in all aspects of their lives.

We advocate alongside, and on behalf of our clients and will liaise with schools, colleges, health services and employers to ensure that any concerns or issues that may arise are dealt with effectively.
